Batter:
(5) 8-oz. packages cream cheese (2 ½ lbs)
1 ½ c sugar
5 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
½ c sour cream
½ t lemon zest
1 ½ t vanilla
Topping (optional):
melted chocolate, fruit sauce, whipped cream, etc
