Dahi Vada Recipe by Manjula, Indian Vegetarian Cuisine




INGREDIENTS:
Make about 30 Vadas:
3/4 cup wash moong dal
1/4 cup wash urad dal
Oil to fry

For garnishing:
1 1/2cup yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
3 tablespoon tamarind chutney
