ricotta cheese, sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil and cheddar, then baked to

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
10 Small Cup Mushrooms (stalks removed)
100g Ricotta Cheese
100g Semi Sun-dried Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Basil (chopped)
1/4 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes
